Dish Scrubber Etiquette

Ok so I thought I would have more to blog about with the foster puppy and the new puppy.I was so wrong. While they are cute they don't offer much entertainment value. Well the little one does but I will talk about that on another post.

So today my MIL came in to town. She is sorta moving in. Along with her came 2 parakeets. Now as many of you know I don't have an issue with animals at all. So she needed to clean their cage, which hey still no problem. She brings their toys and bottom tray into the kitchen and throws them in the sink to soak. The kicker comes in when she goes to grab my dish scrubber to scrub the bird poop off the bottom tray! I immediately was like "Hey I have another scrubber you can use for that!" I couldn't believe she would even CONSIDER using a dish scrubber to scrub poop off with. That'd be like taking the dish scrubber and using it to clean the toilet!

Officially a Foster Mom

 Ok so my life is pretty basic. Get up, wake the boy, feed the boy, feed the animals (all 5 of them), drink coffee, drive the boy to school (sometimes while drinking coffee), come home, shower, and head to the office (it's about 10ft from the shower..lol) So since I lead such a mundane life I decided that I would become a Animal Foster Mom.
 Yes, you heard right, an animal foster mom. I was approved today, and sent a list of pups. They suggested that I start out with this cute little girl named Karly. She is a Border Collie/Boston Terrier mix, about 4-5months old, and about 20lbs.
 I went to the store and bought an extra crate, leash, collar, and dog bowl. All I need now is a puppy!

The world has slowed to a crawl

Ok so I have realized that I haven't posted anything in WEEKS. That just means I haven't really had anyone annoy me enough to talk about them. Which since I have been a bit under the weather was probably a good thing.

The only thing that I could complain about was not getting into the Free Screening of "Zombieland."  Instead the the hubby and I went out to eat and then rented "X-men Origins" (really good flix BTW)

So work has been pretty mundane, the boy and his GF broke up, and no new dramas going on.

On a brighter note, we were able to sell one of the two rent houses we own.

I'm really drawing a blank here on what to write about. I wish my life were a bit more intriguing, so that I could get a few readers...LOL

Oh well, maybe I will have something funny to say tomorrow.
